中西药结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎40例临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of 40 cases of ulcerative colitis with western medicine

目的观察中西药结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予美沙拉秦缓释颗粒剂(爱的发制药公司12692)口服,治疗组除给予美沙拉秦缓释颗粒口服外合用中药灌肠。两组均15天为一疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组患者治疗后中医症状积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC） with Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Mesalazine SR Granules （Ipsen Pharma）.The control group was given the salad Qin sustained release granules （ibid） orally combined with traditional Chinese medicine coloclysis.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5% and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.5%.TCM symptoms of treatment group of was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM combined western medicine had significant effect in treatment of ulcerative colitis with the clinical application value.
