中药乳癖康结合中药光电离子导入治疗乳腺增生症

Traditional Chinese medicine " Rupikang" combined with traditional Chinese medicine photoelectric iontophoresis in treatment of breast hyperplasia

目的总结自拟中药协定处方乳癖康结合中药光电离子导入治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法将760例乳腺增生症患者按治疗顺序随机分为两组,治疗组380例以协定处方乳癖康汤药或丸药口服,联合中药光电离子导入治疗。对照组380例以乳癖消片适时加三苯氧胺短期口服治疗。3个月后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈178例,显效125例,有效77例,总有效率100.0%;对照组痊愈111例,显效98例,有效105例,无效66例,总有效率82.6%。两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协定方乳癖康口服联合中药光电离子导入治疗乳腺增生效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得进一步研究与推广。

Objective To retrospectively analyze clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription ＂Rupikang＂ combined with traditional Chinese medicine photoelectric iontophoresis on treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods 760 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 380 cases was treated with Rupikang prescription decoction or pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally,photoelectric ion introduction therapy.The control group of 380 cases were treated with Rupixiao tablets plus tamoxifen timely shortterm oral treatment.Results 178 cases of the treatment group were cured.The total efficiency rate was 100%.111 cases of the control group were cured.The total efficiency rat was 82.6 %.There was significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat breast hyperplasia with prescription Rupikang orally combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis.
