医院干部保健工作人员心理压力及相关影响因素分析

Investigation on psychological stress and correlated influencing factors among cadre healthcare Workers

目的分析医院干部保健工作人员心理压力及相关影响因素。方法以西安交大二院从事干部保健工作的158名人员为调查对象,采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行设计的调查表进行问卷调查,SCL-90结果与中国常模进行比较,比较不同群体的检出率并对其影响因素进行多因素回归分析。结果 16.11%的干部保健工作人员心理压力过高,SCL-90各因子评分及阳性项目数与中国常模比较,其中躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁及阳性项目具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),不同工作年限,不同职称,不同职业之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析发现患者及家属的期望值与医患沟通两项因素进入回归方程。结论干部保健工作人员心理压力较大,其压力程度与工作年限、职称及职业密切相关,患者及家属的期望值与医患沟通是影响心理压力的主要因素。

Objective To explore the psychological stress and correlated influencing factors among cadre healthcare workers in our hospital.Methods 158 staffers were investigated with SCL-90 measuring scale of psychiatric symptom and self designed questionnaire.The result of SCL-90 were compared with the national normal model.Results The psychological stress level was 16.11%.Somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression and the positive items numbers were significantly higher than those in the national model normal model（P〈0.01）.There were significant difference between different working lifetime,professional title and profession（P〈0.05）.Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis revealed that the expected value of patients and dependents and the communication between doctors and patients entered the regression equation.Conclnsion The psychological stress level of cadre healthcare workers is high,which is closely correlated with the working lifetime,professional title and profession,the expected value of patients and dependents and the communication between doctors and patients are the mainly influencing factors.
