彩色多普勒超声在诊断产前异常双胎妊娠中的价值

Color Doppler in the value of prenatal diagnosis of abnormal twin pregnancy

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断中异常双胎中妊娠的价值.方法 分析2010年1月～2013年9月胎儿系统超声检查诊断双胎妊娠发育异常胎儿的超声图像,与随访结果比较,按类别统计异常双胎病例,评价彩色多普勒超声在异常双胎诊断中的价值.结果 异常双胎妊娠共计66例（包括双胎输血综合征17例,胎死宫内14例,胸腹部发育异常10例,中枢神经系统发育异常8例,先天性心脏病5例,其他14例）,64例产后或引产后尸检证实.2例失访,包括胎儿脑积水1例及胎儿肝脏囊性占位1例.产前诊断符合率100％.结论 胎儿系统超声检查是重要的产前诊断手段,在异常双胎妊娠的产前诊断中具有重要价值.

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in abnormal twin pregnancy.Methods Review abnormal twin pregnancy from 2010 to 2013 and analyse all types in system.Results There were 66 abnormal twins（including 17 twin-twin transfusion syndrome was,14 co-twin demise,10 thorax and abdomen malformation,8 neural mal formation,5 congenital heart disease）.64 cases of postpartum or after abortion autopsy confirmed the prenatal diagnosis rate of 100%; 2 cases were lost,including one case of a fetal hydrocephalus and a cystic mass one case of fetal liver.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography is an important method in prenatal diagnosis,especially in abnormal twin pregnancy.
