摘要
本文介绍一款使用TI控制芯片UCC28720设计的5W无Y电容充电器方案,并且介绍一种变压器结构设计。在去除了Y电容的情况下,依然能够通过EMI测试;同时,整机待机功耗在全电压范围内低于10mW。由于UCC2820是专为驱动三极管设计的原边调整控制器,使得整机的成本更有优势。
This paper introduces the design of 5W no-Y capacitor charger with TI control chip UCC28720. Besides, the structural design of a transformer is presented. This charger can still pass the EMI test without Y capacitor and the whole standby power consumption is lower than 10mW in full voltage range. UCC2820's being PSR (primary-side regulation) controller special for drive transistor leads to a lower cost of the complete machine.
