关于中国养老模式的几点思考

Reflections on China's pension model

早在商周时期,我国就已经形成了一套完善的养老体系,天子垂范,从礼仪上、物质上、制度上为居家养老提供保障,奠定了中国古代尊老养老的基础,然而作为封建皇权的产物,其不可避免地带有时代的缺陷如难以保证实施、惠及人口少等。用发展的眼光看待中国古代养老制度,结合当前中国养老现状为当前我国养老政策的制订提出几点建议。

Even in the Shang and Zhou dynasties, there were a set of providing policies in China, the emperors set a good example and provided formal material and institutional guarantees for the providing at home. It lays a foundation for the tradition of providing. However as the product of old institution, it inevitably had limitations, such as it was difficult to put and poor coverage. This paper intends to treat Chinese ancient providing policies with developed eye, introduce other foreign providing models and give some advice for today’s providing policies.
