随着社会的发展进步和领导方式的转变,情商素养在干部能力中的重要性日益显现,并逐步成为领导干部推动工作的重要因素。因此,加强干部情商的培养不仅是全面提升干部素质能力的重要内容,也是当前加强党的执政能力建设的现实需要。干部情商的培养主要靠注重学习、自我修为、实践锻炼及交流培训等。

With the development of social progress and the change of leadership, the importance of emotional intelligence in abilities of cadres becomes more and more outstanding, and gradually turns into an important factor that promotes the work of leading cadres. Therefore, the cultivation of cadres’ emotional intelligence is not only important content about improving the whole quality of cadres, but also practical need of enhancing the Party’s governing ability currently. The cultivation of cadres’ emotional intelligence mainly depends on learning, self-studying, practicing and training.
