浅析中国现代化进程中的政治稳定问题——基于亨廷顿的政治稳定思想

On the Political Stability Problems in Chinese Modernization Process——Based on the Political Stability Thoughts of Huntington

发展问题是当今世界每一个发展中国家所要面对的首要问题,而发展中的政治问题则主要就是如何实现政治过程中的政治稳定与安全。政治稳定是社会发展的基本保障,也是一个国家发展的必要条件,因而它成为古今中外所有统治者孜孜追求的政治发展的重要目标。塞缪尔·亨廷顿在其所著《变化社会中的政治秩序》一书中关于现代化进程中第三世界国家建立稳定政治秩序进行了相关论述,其认为导致发展中国家政治不稳定的深层次原因正是在现代化过程中由于政治吸纳能力不足所导致的相关政治排斥问题。具体到各发展中国家,要根据具体国情增强政治稳定,必须通过提高国家政治的制度化水平,从而从根本上解决排斥问题。

The development problems are the primary problems which every developing country has to face in the world today, but the main problem is how to achieve the political stability and security in political process. Political stability is the basic guarantee of social development, is also a necessary condition for the country＇s development, so it is an important political development goal all rulers diligently to pursue all times. In the book of ＂Political Order in Changing Societies＂ written by Samuel Huntington, discussed the third world countries to establish a stable political order in modernization process, and the author thought the deep-seated reasons lead to political instability in developing countries were the issues related to political exclusion as lack of political ability to absorb in modernization process. Specific to developing countries,should strengthen political stability based on specific conditions, must solve the problems of exclusion from the root by increasing the level of institutionalization of national politics.
