摘要
根据国内市场生产电子雷管的需要,研制了一种专门用于电子雷管延期体与脚线、刚性引火元件焊接的专用焊机,主要由双头电阻焊机、药头步进送料机构、机械手传递机构、延期体排模步进机构、电控系统、冷却系统等构成。主要解决的问题:焊接参数的选择;焊机的选择与焊接机构的结构设计;刚性引火药头与延期体排正对位问题,药头步进送料机构、机械手传递机构、延期体排模步进机构的结构设计;冷却系统的设计等。焊接质量符合电子雷管生产的需要,焊接效率400发/h。
A spot welding machine, specially used for the welding of electronic detonator delay element with leg wire and rigid flash component, was developed to meet the needs of the production of electronic detonator in domestic market. It is mainly composed of dicephalous resistance welder, step feeding mechanism of fuse head, manipulator deliver mechanism, forming step mechanism of delay element, electronic control system, cooling systems and so on. The main problems were solved in terms of the selection of welding parameters; the choice of welding machine and welding structure design; the rows facing of rigid fuse head and delay element; design of step feeding mechanism of fuse head, manipulator deliver mechanism, forming step mechanism of delay element and cooling system. The welding quality conforms to the needs of electronic detonator production, and its welding efficiency is 400 rounds/ hour.
