摘要
在光学集成中,将自由空间中光波耦合进入金属纳米波导具有重要意义。本文基于天线共振增强特性,设计"H"形纳米光学天线,将自由空间中光波耦合进入金属波导。利用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法模拟得到耦合效率并优化天线结构参数。在通信波段,"H"形天线比偶极子天线具有更高的耦合效率。
In optical integration,coupling optical wave from free space into waveguides is important.Based on the near-fields enhancement effect of resonant antenna,the H-shaped optical antenna was designed to couple wave from free space into metal waveguide.The parameters of the antenna were optimized for highly coupling efficiency through the FDTD method.In the optical communication wave band,H-shaped antenna's coupling efficiency is higher than dipole antenna.
