摘要
分析了双极矩阵变换器(TSMC)在永磁同步电机(PMSM)闭环控制的基本原理,针对传统PI控制器对电机转速控制响应速度慢,控制精度低,以及电机调速、负载参数变化时,很难达到预期效果等问题,提出了一种利用模糊控制构建模糊自适应PI控制器,实现转速和电流闭环控制,该方法利用模糊推理能实现对PID参数的在线自整定,进一步完善PI控制器的性能,提高系统的控制精度。最后,在Matlab/Simulink软件上搭建了系统仿真平台,仿真结果验证了模糊自适应PI控制器能快速准确地跟踪转速的给定及具有良好的抗干扰性。
The basic principle of closed-loop control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) using the two-stage matrix converter are analyzed,then the Fuzzy adaptive PI control method was introduced with the limited subject range of PI controller,such as,it has slow response speed,low control precision,as well as the motor parameters change.It is difficult to follow.Moreover the Fuzzy adaptive PI control method can realize the speed and current closed-loop control.This method uses Fuzzy inference to made the PI parameter adaptively online,thus it can improve the performance of PI controller and the control precision of system.Finally,in the Matlab /Simulink software system simulation platform was built,the simulation results verifies that the Fuzzy adaptive PI control can rapidly and accurately follow the given speed,and also has a good anti-interference.
