Bi-objective Optimization of Single-layer Steel Grid Structure of Folded Plate Curtain Wall

折板幕墙结构的优化设计除考虑主要指标用钢量以外,还需要考虑工期、加工难度、现场安装或施工难度、运输费、管理费等的影响。在关联分析的基础上,我们将工期、加工难度、现场安装或施工难度、运输费、管理费等次要指标简单地用杆件截面类型数作为替代,提出了折板幕墙单层钢网格结构同时考虑用钢量和杆件截面类型数两个指标的结构优化方法。使用经过工程统计得到的权函数来考虑杆件截面类型数对主要指标的影响。工程算例说明了该方法的分析过程。

The optimization design of the folded plate curtain wall structure in addition to considering leading indicator,the amount of steel,still needs to analyze the influence of duration,difficulty of processing,installation or construction difficulty,transportation fees,management fees and so on.On the basis of correlation analysis,we put the secondary indicators,duration,the difficulty of processing,installation or construction difficulty,transportation fees,management fees with bar section type number as an alternative;and accordingly put forward the optimization method of the folded plate curtain wall single-layer steel grid structure which considers the amount of steel and the bar section type number at the same time;use the weight function getting from engineering statistics to analyze the effect of bar section type number on the leading indicator.The engineering example is given to illustrate the analysis process of this method.
