摘要
运用双变频调速技术剪切生产红枣粒,分析了剪切过程中物料水分含量、传送带频率、回转刀频率与粉碎合格率的关系,运用响应面法优化了工艺参数。结果表明,最优条件为:物料水分含量31%,传送带频率48 Hz,回转刀频率56 Hz,此时粉碎合格率最大达98%,方差分析证实了方程的预测值与实测值有较好的拟合度。方法具有产品均一性好、粉碎合格率高、生产成本低的优点,是生产红枣粒比较理想的方法。
In the course of deep processing of jujube, cutting jujube into particle is an important process after the storing process, but the normal production mode is difficult to meet the demand of jujube due to low percent of pass, high cost, low efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, Jujube were cut by changing frequency of shear and conveyer belt, the relationship between three factors and percent of pass were analyzed, and the condition were determined and optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that moisture content 31%, shear frequency 48 Hz, conveyer belt frequency 56 Hz. Under this condition, the percent of pass reached 98%, and materials evenly distributed.
