摘要
对纤维素酶法提取榕树果多糖的工艺进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法对酶法提取榕树果多糖的条件进行优化,考察酶用量、酶解温度、pH、酶解时间对榕树果多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为酶用量3%,酶解时间60 min,酶解温度60℃,酶解pH 4.0。在该条件下测定榕树果多糖的提取率为28.10 mg/g。
Enzymolysis technology was applied for extraction of polysaccharide from Banyan fruit. Based on single factor tests, the extraction conditions of polysaccharide were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. The influence of enzyme dosage, extraction temperature, pH and extraction time on yield of polysaccharide was studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: dosage of cellulose 3%, time 60 min, temperature 60 ℃ and pH 4.0. Under these conditions, the extraction yield was 28.10 mg/g.
