摘要
以荷叶为原料,研究了超声波提取荷叶紫云英苷的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化了超声辅助提取荷叶紫云英苷的工艺条件。结果表明:白芷香豆素最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波频率为低频(25.5 kHz),提取时间为20 min,提取温度为55℃,提取溶剂为体积分数70%乙醇。此试验条件下荷叶紫云英苷提取率为1.67%。荷叶紫云英苷对细菌、霉菌和酵母均有较强的抑制作用。
Lotus leaves as raw material, ultrasonic assisted extraction of astragalin is studied in lotus leaves of process conditions, on the basis of single factor experiment, ultrasonic assisted extraction was optimized by orthogonal test, lotus leaves astragalin process conditions. The results showed that: the best extraction technology conditions for: for low frequency ultrasonic frequency(25.5 kHz), extraction time for 20 min, extraction temperature of 55 ℃, 70% ethanol extraction solvent. The experiment under the condition of lotus leaves astragalin extraction yield of 1.67%. Lotus leaves astragalin of bacteria, fungi and yeasts has stronger inhibitory effect.
