插田泡果实花色苷提取条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨插田泡果实中是否存在花色苷,用酸化乙醇法提取花色苷,用pH示差法测定花色苷含量。通过单因素试验,料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取温度和提取时间对插田泡果实花色苷提取量的影响,通过正交试验确定花色苷提取的最佳条件。结果表明,插田泡果实中含有丰富的花色苷,提取花色苷的最佳提取条件为:80%乙醇溶液(pH 3)在60℃下,按照料液比为1∶30(g/mL)提取插田泡果浆0.5 h。通过验证试验,插田泡果实中花色苷提取量达158.06mg/100 g。 Investigate whether Rubus coreanus Miq.fruits exist anthocyanins. Anthocyanins were extracted from Rubus coreanus Miq. through acidified alcohol extraction method and pH differential method. The effects of four factors on the extraction, including solid/solvent ratio, alcohol concentration, temperature and time were studied by single factor test, and the optimal extraction condition was determined by orthogonal array design. The results showed that the anthocyanins were rich in Rubus coreanus Miq. fruits. The best extraction condition was that alcohol concentration 80%(pH 3), extracting temperature 60 ℃, solid/liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL), extracting time 0.5 h. Under this condition, the anthocyanin yield reached 158.06 mg/100 gfruits.
