植物油中溶剂残留量测定影响因素探讨 被引量:4

Discussion on the Influence Factors of Determination of Solvent Residue in Vegetable Oil

摘要 选用六号溶剂标准品和自配正己烷标准溶液,研究了不同标准品、不同恒温装置、不同平衡时间以及不同平衡温度对检测结果的影响。结果显示,两种标准品的检测结果影响无显著差异;使用水浴锅作为恒温装置的检测结果准确度更好,稳定性更高;对于溶剂残留量较高的油样,应采取延长平衡时间至1.5 h,增加平衡温度至80℃,才能保证测定结果准确;两种标准品经方法学分析其技术指标要求均符合标准规定,使用正己烷代替六号溶剂标准品更易于在基层实验室推广应用。 Choose the No. six solvent standard and n-hexane standard solution, study the effects of different standards, different constant temperature device, different equilibrium time and different tequilibrium temperature. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the two standards of the test results; the detection results of using thermostatic water bath accuracy was better and the stability was higher; as to the higher residual solvent quantity oil sample, equilibrium time should be extended to 1.5 h and the equilibrium temperature should be increased to 80 ℃ to ensure the accuracy of measurement; both of the technical index requirements of two kinds of standards were in line with standards through the analysis methodology, and using n-hexane instead of No. six solvent standard is easier to promote the usage in the laboratory at grassroots.
