摘要
通过分析食品检测实验室的风险,探讨建立了食品检测机构实验室风险评估业务管理模型并加以应用,在风险识别和不定期输入的基础上,经过风险模型分析,并针对显著风险和一般风险分别制订控制预防措施,达到业务管理中风险预防和控制的目的。经过试运行,发现取得较好的效果,对食品实验室安全质量风险的防范起到积极的作用。
A risk assessment model for service acceptance process in food testing laboratory was designed, which based on risk identification and irregular input. After model analysis, a prevention and control measures against general risks and significant risks was worked out, so as to prevent and control the risks in the contract review of sample receiving. The result showed that this model played a positive effect on prevention and control of quality risk.
