摘要
综述了采后南瓜加工产品的种类、开发价值和加工产品过程中应用的关键技术,分别从南瓜粉、南瓜饮料、南瓜酒、南瓜籽和南瓜籽油加工产品分析南瓜加工产品的现状及主要应用。此外,综述了南瓜加工主要技术的应用。探讨了南瓜加工和技术的发展趋势与开发前景。
Pumpkin processing products in postharvest, application of key technology and its development value were reviewed. The main pumpkin products include pumpkin powder, pumpkin beverage, wine, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seeds. In addition, the application of main technology and the trend of pumpkin processing technology were discussed.
