Determination of 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl) Ascorbic Acid in Lycium barbarum L. Extracts by HPLC

摘要 建立HPLC外标法测定枸杞提取物中枸杞的特有成分枸杞酸(2-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-L-抗坏血酸)的含量。采用Diol色谱柱,等度洗脱,260 nm处紫外检测。系统适应性研究结果:枸杞提取物中枸杞酸的平均回收率99.19%,RSD为0.48%(n=9)。方法灵敏度高,专属性好,适用于枸杞提取物中枸杞酸含量的测定。 To establish a HPLC with external standard method for the determination of the unique 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl) ascorbic acid in Lycium barbarum L. extracts. The samples were separated on a Diol column, eluted by isocratic elution, and UV detection was performed at 260 nm. The average recover in Lycium barbarum L. extracts was 99.19%, and RSD was 0.48%(n=9). This method is accurate, reliable as well as specific and can be used to determine the content of 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl) ascorbic acid in Lycium barbarum L. extracts.
