摘要
方法基于在酸性条件下,蔗糖水解生成果糖和葡萄糖,果糖受热破坏后,其产物在一定波长处有较大的紫外吸收。通过试验,确定了最佳条件,并建立了调制乳中用紫外分光光度法检测蔗糖的一种新方法,当称取10.000 g样品,该法检出限为1.0 g/100 mL。该法操作简单、快速,结果满意。
Methods based on under acid condition, sucrose hydrolysis generated fructose and glucose, fructose, heat damaged its production. In certain wavelengths have larger ultraviolet absorption. Through the experiments, determined the best conditions, and established the modulation milk using UV spectrophotometry is a new way to detect the sucrose, when call samples from 10.000 g, referred to in the detection limit of 1.0 g/100 mL.
