摘要
热气导管是高温气冷堆中氦气循环的重要流道,其在各工况下的结构完整性与稳定性关系到反应堆是否能运行安全。本文详细分析了热气导管在事故工况下所承受的压力载荷,包括绝热纤维对管壁的压力以及一回路失压事故时发生氦气泄漏产生压力;并根据得到的压力载荷计算了热气导管承受外压时的结构稳定性。计算结果表明热气导管在事故工况的压力载荷作用下能够保持结构的完整性并且不会发生失稳。
The hot gas duct is the main passage of the helium between the core of the reactor and the steam generator. The structural integrity and stability of the hot gas tube are significantly related to the safety of the reactor. The external pressure load of the hot gas tube is analyzed in both normal condition and accident condition, including the pressure of the thermal insulating fiber and the leaking helium. According to the external pressure load, the stability of the hot gas tube is calculated. It is concluded that the hot gas tube can maintain its integrity and stability under the external pressure load in each condition.
