摘要 西屋公司开发了AP1000第三代核电技术,并在中国三门、海阳进行首堆建造。目前这两个厂址都相继进入调试阶段,因此深入地研究AP1000机组的运行操作是非常必要的,特别是AP1000引入了一些新的设计。这些新的设计将导致机组运行、特别是停堆运行,相比传统的压水堆而言,发生了一些显著的变化。本文介绍AP1000机组停堆工况下的主要操作和注意事项,指出停堆运行工况下压力/温度控制要求和方法,概要停堆运行各模式和状态下运行限制条件和停堆运行的主要风险。通过本文的介绍,进一步提高技术、调试和运行人员对电站停堆运行的理解。 Westinghouse Electrical Company developed the third generation AP1000 technology. The first reactors have been built in Sanmen and Haiyang of China. Now, these two sites have been in commissioning phase. Thus it's necessary to study operation of AP1000 deeply, which includes some new design especially. These new design features result in significant changes in unit operation, especially in shutdown operation, comparing to traditional pressurized water reactor. This paper introduces some major operation and cautions, identifies pressure and temperature limitation and control method during shutdown operation, summarizes limiting condition of operation and major risks during various modes and conditions. It's helpful for the technical, commissioning and operation personnel to understand the shutdown operation of the plant.
