地塞米松软膏加纱布敷料在肿瘤病人PICC导管相关严重过敏性皮炎中的应用效果

Application effect of dexamethasone ointment with gauze dressings for cancer patients with PICC catheter related severe atopic dermatitis

[目的]探讨地塞米松软膏加纱布敷料在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管后严重皮肤过敏性皮炎的临床应用。[方法]采用回顾性分析,对本科室PICC置管的142例乳腺癌病人中的10例置管后出现严重皮肤过敏性皮炎的病人进行处理和分析。[结果]142例乳腺癌置管病人中10例置管后出现严重皮肤过敏性皮炎,发生率7.04%,经地塞米松软膏加纱布敷料换药后症状全部缓解并保留导管。[结论]地塞米松软膏加纱布敷料换药应用于PICC导管相关严重过敏性皮炎病人有良好的治疗效果。

Obj ective：To probe into the clinical application of exam-ethasone ointment with gauze dressings in patients with severe skin allergic dermatitis after PICC.Methods：In 142 cases of breast cancer patients receiving PICC,1 0 cases of patients with severe skin allergic dermatitis were treated and analyzed by using retrospective analysis. Results：10 cases appeared severe skin allergic dermatitis in 142 cases of breast cancer patients with PICC,the incidence was 7.04%;after dexamethasone ointment with gauze dressings,all symptoms were re-leased and the catheters were kept.Conclusion：Dexamethasone oint-ment with gauze dressings used in PICC catheter related serious skin allergic dermatitis patients has good therapeutic effect.
