心理护理干预联合MECT对难治性抑郁症患者疗效及依从性的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention combined with non-convulsively electroconvulsive therapy on the curative effect and patient's compliance in the treatment of refractory depression

目的:探讨心理护理干预联合无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对难治性抑郁症患者疗效及依从性的影响。方法:将50例难治性抑郁症患者分为实验组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗及护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予MECT合并心理护理干预;比较两组护理前后抑郁状况及治疗依从性。结果:干预4周后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、HAMD减分率及治疗依从性比较,实验组均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预合并MECT可提高难治性抑郁症患者临床疗效及治疗依从性,值得推广。

Objective ：To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention combined with non -convulsively electroconvulsive therapy on the curative effect and patient＇s compliance in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods ：50 patients with refractory depres- sion were divided into the experimental group and the control group （25 cases in each group ）. The patients in＇the control group were given conventional antidepressant treatment and the patients in the experimental group were additionally given non - convulsively electroconvul- sive therapy combined with psychological nursing intervention. The depression status and treatment compliance of the patients were com- pared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：After 4 weeks of intervention~ the score of Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ） , the reduction rate of HAMD and treatment compliance of the patients were superior in the experimental group to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The psychological nursing intervention combined with non - convulsively electroconvulsive therapy can im- prove the clinical effect and treatment compliance of the patients in the treatment of refractory depression.
