摘要 人力资源是企业核心的战略资源,为企业输送着新鲜的血液,并受到越来越多学者的关注。目前,在全球化、数字化和网络化为特征的新经济时代,人力资源的管理直接关系到企业的兴衰成败,对企业实现可持续性发展目标有着极其重要的作用。
