山东省绿色商业发展模式与对策研究

Study on Commercial Network Layout of Leisure Streets in Shanghai：A Comparator --Based on the Survey Data of 2006 and 2011

山东省生态省建设和黄蓝两区建设推动了山东绿色商业发展的步伐,对山东省绿色商业发展提出了更高、更迫切的要求。在此基础上,山东省近年来形成了政策扶持和推动、以绿色商品生产为核心、以绿色商品流通为核心以及供应链一体化等绿色商业发展模式。本文在总结现有发展模式的基础上,探索绿色商业发展的方向与相应对策,以期为转变我省经济增长方式,建设经济强省提供理论与实践依据。

This paper made a comparative analysis of commercial network layout of leisure streets in Shanghai based on the survey data of 2006 and 2011, the study found that on the whole, the relative stability of the scale and reasonable layout of commercial outlets is the key for leisure streets to be health and sustainable develop- ment. Because the stability of commercial outlets scale refracted the science of thematic orientation and market efficiency, rational layout of commercial outlets reflected the high degree of concentration of similar formats and modest complementary of heterogeneous formats. On the specific format, the top five included souvenir / specialty classes, catering snacks, merchandise category （or fashion apparel）, bar and other classes, accounting for up to 80%, belonging to the main format of leisure streets. The paper summarized the basic rules of commercial net- work structure and layout and analyzed the reasons, then based on the overall planning, theme building, cultural and other aspects gave recommendations and reflection of commercial outlets of Leisure streets in Shanghai for further optimizing its layout.
