安徽池州经济技术开发区企业节约集约用地评价

Evaluation of economical and intensive land use of enterprises in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui

在对安徽池州经济技术开发区高新技术产业82家企业用地情况调查研究的基础上,运用数学模型,对10家典型企业节约集约用地水平进行评价。结果表明,开发区企业用地节约集约水平与其用地集约利用潜力值呈反相关,其用地整体处于集约水平,其企业用地集约水平呈正态分布。由此提出,要根据企业节约集约用地水平,评价企业用地绩效、管控开发区用地规模、实施差别化的管控政策。

Land utilization of the 82 high-tech industrial enterprises in Chizhou Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Zone in Anhui province was analyzed. Using a mathematical model, economical and intensive land useof 10 typical enterprises were evaluated. The results showed that the levels of economical and intensive land use ofthe enterprises in the development zone were inversely correlated with the intensive use potential in future. Theoverall level of the land utilization by the enterprises in the development zone was economical and intensive with anormal distribution in general. It was suggested that the policy of land use control should be developed based on theperformance on the land use scale and efficiency of each individual enterprises in the development zone.
