摘要
利用响应面法对产虾青素菌株的培养基进行优化,确定发酵培养基最佳配方。最佳的培养基配方为KH2PO40.4%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.08%,酵母膏0.3%,可溶性淀粉1.2%,在此发酵条件下虾青素产量最高,为149.4mg/L。同时建立虾青素产量与KH2PO4、MgSO4·7H2O、酵母膏、可溶性淀粉的添加量之间的二次多项式模型,该模型可以很好地预测虾青素产量,可获得最佳的工艺条件。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize fermentation medium for astaxanthin production by the strain. The highest astaxanthin yield of 149,4mg/L was achieved under the following conditions.KH2PO4 0.4%,MgSO4.7H20 0.08% ,yeast powder 0.3% and soluble starch 1.2%. In addition,the established regression model was found to had good effectiveness in predicting astaxanthin yield.
