每搏量变异度在麻醉监测中的应用新进展 被引量:8

摘要 每搏量变异度(stroke volume variation,SVV)是一种功能性血流动力学监测参数,是判断机体对液体治疗反应性的新指标,可准确监测机械通气患者血容量变化。目前的临床研究和应用已涉及普外科、胸外科、神经外科以及器官移植手术、低血容量和感染性休克的容量治疗等领域。SVV监测在开胸手术,如冠状动脉旁路移植术、肺叶切除中较易受到干扰,外科操作易造成血流动力学波动,导致SVV一过性升高,待干扰停止后SVV可恢复正常,提示开胸手术期间,若采取SVV指导容量治疗,需根据患者实际情况加以分析容量变化,从而安全有效地指导患者围术期的容量管理。综上所述,SVV是一种简便、有效的监测方法,其在敏感性和准确性上具有显著优势,随着SVV研究的不断深入,其适用范围和应用前景会更加广阔。
