Objective To investigate effect of patients＇ renal hemodynamics by percutaneous nephrolithotomy in different positions.Methods 124 patients with kidney stones were treated in Department of Urology in the hospital from January,2011 to June,2012,with 62 cases in the lumbar rib dangling PCNL group and 62 cases in the prone position PCNL group. Vmax,RI and S /D of patients＇ MRA,SRA and IRA in two groups were used. Results After operation,Vmax,RI and S /D of patients＇ MRA,SRA and IRA of two group were respectively improved more than before operation,but the flank suspended patients＇ were improved more than the prone position. Conclusion The flank suspended PCNL on renal blood flow effect is smaller,lighter,safer and more effective,and it is worth clinical promotion.
