基于湿热论治单纯舒张期高血压67例

Treatment of 67 Cases with Isolated Diastolic-hypertension (IDH) Based on Dampness-heat Theory

目的观察基于湿热论治单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的临床疗效。方法运用病例回顾分析法,对采用基于湿热论治的大方复治法,即以相对通用方(陈皮、半夏、茯苓、枳实、竹茹、黄芩、三七、炒山楂、酒芍、丹皮、生地、白术、天麻、甘草)治疗的67例IDH门诊患者,进行临床疗效分析。结果显效38例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率达77.61%;舒张压降低约10 mmHg,达到正常范围。结论基于湿热论治的相对通用方对于IDH的治疗有效率较高,整体显示了较满意的临床疗效。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of treatment of isolated diastolic- hypertension（ IDH） based on dampness- heat theory.Methods Using case review analysis method to observe clinical efficacy of 67 cases of outpatients,who accepted the treatment of relative and universal prescriptions（ pericarpium citri reticulatae,pinellia ternate,poria cocos,immature bitter orange,caulis bambusae in taeniam,scutellaria baicalensis,pseudo- ginseng,fried hawthorn,wine que,root bark of the peony tree,root of rehmannia,atractylodes macrocephala,gastrodia elata and liquorice） based on dampness- heat theory. Results The number of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment were 38,14 and 15 cases respectively,and the total effective rate was 77. 61%. And diastolic blood pressure decline in10 mmHg. Conclusion Relative and universal prescriptions based on treatment of dampness- heat have high effective rate,and show satisfactory clinical effect.
