甲状腺全切术与甲状腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节疗效对比 被引量:18

摘要 目的研究对比甲状腺结节患者采用甲状腺叶切除术与甲状腺全切术的临床疗效。方法收集琼中县人民医院外科2009-01-2013-12间收治的甲状腺结节患者103例,其中采用甲状腺叶切除术治疗的患者有49例,编为实验组;采用甲状腺全切术治疗的患者有54例,编为对照组。对比两组患者手术情况、术后并发症及卫生经济学指标间的差异。结果实验组患者在总住院时间、术后住院时间、术中血流失量、手术时间、治疗费用较对照组均偏低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论甲状腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节较甲状腺全切术治疗效果明显,是有效的甲状腺结节疾病治疗方法。
