Protaper NiTi Files Combine With EDTA Gel in Molar Curved Root Canal Treatment

目的评价手用Protaper镍钛锉联合EDTA在磨牙弯曲根管治疗中的效果。方法将102颗弯曲根管磨牙随机分为两组,实验组采用了Protaper联合EDTA技术来预备根管,对照组采用了不锈钢K型锉逐渐后退的方法去预备根管。两组患者均采用侧方加压法充填根管。记录弯曲根管预备效果及根管充填效果。结果实验组(98.04%)在预备弯曲根管效果方面成功率高于对照组(82.35%)。实验组根管适充率(90.20%)明显高于对照组(76.47%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手用Protaper镍钛锉联合EDTA技术在磨牙弯曲根管方法具有很好的治疗效果,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of hand Protaper NiTi files combined with EDTA gel in molar root canal treatment.Methods 102 teeth（ curved root canal） were randomly divided into two groups： teeth in the experimental group treated with hand Protaper NiTi files combined with EDTA gel using the crown to canal preparation technique; the rest in the control group were treated with stainless steel K file using step- back technique. Root canal teeth of both groups were filled with lateral compression technique. Curved root canal preparation and filling results were recorded. Results In the curved root canal preparation stage,the success rate of experimental group（ 98.04%） was higher than control group（ 82.35%）. Fitness rate of root canal filling of experimental group（ 90.20%） was significantly higher than the control group（ 76. 47%）. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using hand Protaper NiTi files combined with EDTA gel in the treatment of curved root canals can receive good shape effect and filling effect. It is worth clinical application.
