西甲硅油乳剂联合综合疗法治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Simethicone Emulsion Combined with Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Neonatal Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的探讨西甲硅油乳剂联合综合疗法对新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的治疗效果。方法对我院儿科在2011-01-2012-09间收治入院的132例新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各66例。研究组患儿实行西甲硅油乳剂联合综合疗法治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法。观察并记录两组患儿的治疗效果情况、症状消失时间和胎粪排净时间,并对其进行分析比较。结果研究组患儿治疗后的总有效率为92.4%,对照组为80.3%,两者相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患儿的症状消失时间和胎粪排净时间分别为（8.1±2.4）d和（3.6±1.3）d,明显低于对照组的（11.2±2.8）d和（5.5±1.6）d,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西甲硅油乳剂联合综合疗法对新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的治疗效果明显,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Simethicone Emulsion combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods 132 newborn babies with neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into objective group and control group,with 66 cases in each group. The objective group were treated with Simethicone Emulsion combined with comprehensive therapy,and the control group were treated with regular therapy. The difference of clinical effect,clinical symptoms and the condition defecation were compared. Results The total effective rate of the objective group was 92. 4%,and that of the control group was80. 3%. The difference of the two groups has statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. The time of symptom disappearance time and meconium evacuation（ 8. 1 ± 2. 4） and（ 3. 6 ± 1. 3） days,which was significantly lower than those of（ 11. 2 ± 2. 8） and（ 5. 5 ± 1. 6） days,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It would get a satisfactory effect to use Simethicone Emulsion combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction. It is worth clinical application.
