摘要
对涟钢8号高炉取消中心加焦降燃料比实践进行了总结。通过对上部装料制度的布料角度和布料矩阵和下部送风制度的调整,在原燃料条件基本稳定的条件下,取消中心加焦。相比中心加焦布料模式,高炉煤气利用率有所提高,8号高炉燃料比大大降低。
The practices of cancelling the central coke charging operation in No.8 blast furnace for reducing fuel ratio in LY Steel are summarized. By adjusting the distributing angle and matrix of the upper charging system and the lower air supply system, the central coke charging operation is cancelled under basically stable conditions of raw material and fuel.Compared with the central coke charging mode, the gas utilization of blast furnace is increased while the fuel ratio of No.8 blast furnace is greatly reduced.
