涟钢8号高炉开炉初期铁口出铁过程中喷溅严重,影响炉前工作及环保,通过调整炉前操作,压入铁口维护用炮泥,休风压入灌浆及正常生产带压灌浆等方法,铁口喷溅得到了有效控制。
The taphole splash was serious in the process of iron tapping in the early running of No.8 blast furnace, which affects the furnace operation and environmental protection. The taphole splash has been effectively controlled by adjusting the furnace operation, pressing maintenance stemming into the taphole and adopting damping-down pressure grouting and normal pressure grouting methods.
