摘要 凋亡细胞的TUNEL染色已在科学研究中广泛应用。由于TUNEL染色的步骤多,操作精细,影响DNA断裂的因素多,实验结果往往不够准确致使实验失败。总结多年实践经验,拟从组织的取材方式、取材大小、固定剂选择、组织离体后缺血时间、组织在固定剂内的固定时间以及实验操作中的诸多细节等方面进行介绍。 TUNEL Staining of apoptotic cells have been widely used in scientific research. Due to the multi-step of TUNEL staining, the fine of operation, the multi-factors of DNA fragmentation, the experiments were failed. In this paper, they were expounded on the details of tissue' s collection, tissue' s size, fixative' s selection, tissue' s ischemia time, tissue in fixative' s time and the experimental operation.
