Standardization Management of Modern City Landscape Engineering

现代城市园林具有艺术性、技术性、综合性、时空性、安全性、后续性、体验性、生态与可持续性等特点。为了改善现代城市生态环境、提高人居环境质量,形成结构优、功能全面、景观优美、效益好、健康的具有现代城市特色、整体水平达到国际一流的生态宜居城市园林格局,须高起点规划、高标准建设、高效能管理现代城市园林工程。从园林工程概、预算定额的角度可以将园林工程划分单项园林工程、单位园林工程和分部园林工程,根据国家、省加强园林工程建设管理工作的相关规定,可以从源头上推进园林工程管理规范化、制度化、常态化和廉政化,提高投资效益,保证园林工程建设质量,全面提升现代城市园林工程管理水平。

The modern city landscape features with art, technology, integration, time and space, security, development, experience, ecology and sustainability. In order to build a first-class modern ecological city garden landscape characterized with optimal structure, full function, beautiful landscape, good benefits and health, and to the fulfillment of the aims to improve the modern city ecological environment and the quality of living environment, a high starting point plan, high- standard construction, efficient management of modern urban landscape engineering is required, from the perspectives of cost estimation and cost budget of garden engineering, this paper divides the landscape engineering into 3 categories i.e. single landscape engineering, unit landscape engineering and partial landscape engineering, and advocates the landscape engineering management standardization, institutionalization, normalization and integrity in accordance with the state and provincial regulations on the garden engineering construction management, in order to increase the investment returns, guarantee the quality of garden engineering construction, and improve the management of modem urban landscape project.
