摘要
讨论了网球运动员核心力量的训练方法与特点。认为采用不同训练方式和平衡板、克服自重及瑞士球等训练方法,能有效地增强运动员核心力量,为提高运动员技术水平奠定坚实的力量基础。
The author discussed the training methods and characteristics of tennis players' core strength, and consid- ered that the players' core strength can be enhanced effectively by different training modes and ways of balance board, overcome the gravity and the Swiss ball, which established a solid foundation for improving the players' technological level.
