摘要
功能性食品课程能够增强大学生的食品保健意识,有助于提高大学生的综合素质。为了实现课程教学目标,提高教学质量,在教学中从确定合理的教学内容、优化教学方法以及采用多媒体辅助教学等方面进行教学改革与实践,促进学生的学习积极性,获得了较好的教学效果。
The functional food course could help college students enhance food health consciousness and improve com prehensive quality. In order to achieve the teaching goal and improve teaching quality, the followings, fixing suitable contents in teaching process, optimizing teaching methods and adopting the multi-media assisted teaching, were used in the teaching innovation. As a result, students' learning initiative was boosted, and favorable teaching effects were achieved.
