高校本科复合型人才培养模式现状研究

对多学科跨专业知识人才的大量需求,致使各国改革传统的教育模式,加速复合型人才的培养,这是社会和经济发展的必然。尽管各国国情不同,但人才培养的共同趋势,是我们在构建复合型人才模式中必须要学习的。本文针对我国高校本科复合型人才培养的现状,借鉴国外高校人才培养模式的成功经验,对高校实施复合型人才培养模式提出了相应的对策和方案,对推动高等教育人才培养向多适应性与多样化方向发展,具有重要的指导意义。

According to the present situation of talents training mode in China＇s universities and absorbing the successful experience of foreign universities, this paper implements compound talents training mode and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and proposal for universities, to promote the development of multi-culture to the adaptability and the direction of diversification of higher education talent, has an important guiding significance.
