摘要
多元文化是当今文化发展的主旋律,它对于学校核心价值观来说既是机遇又是挑战。多元文化冲击下的学校核心价值观培育适应了多元文化发展的要求,有利于学校的重新定位和师生核心价值观的重塑。在多元文化视角下,从教育哲学、组织学和文化学等多方面认识学校核心价值观,有利于促进学校核心价值观研究的多元化发展。
Multiculture is the theme of current cultural development, which is both opportunity and challenge to the core values of school. Influenced by muhiculture, research into the core values of school meets the demands of muhicuhural development, which is conducive to the reposition of schools and the reshaping of teachers' and students' core values. If we understand the core values of school from the perspectives of philosophy of education, histology and culture by taking mul- ticulture as an angle of research, we can hope to promote the diversified development of the research into core values of schools.
