摘要
随着问责制和权力下放运动的兴起,学校教学领导的重心开始从课堂教学走向组织学习层面,共享式教学领导成为一种新的教学领导模型。共享式教学领导具有三个方面的特征:共享式教学领导的主体构成是领导者共同体;共享式教学领导是积极主动的领导过程;共享式教学领导的方式是变革型领导。校长要成为有效的共享式教学领导者,就必须掌握相应的知识和技能,与教师建立良好的信任关系,成为强有力的组织管理者。
With the rise of accountability and decentralization campaign, the core of school instructional leadership turns from classroom teaching to organizational learning, and shared instructional leadership becomes a new model for in- structional leadership. Shared instructional leadership is characterized by community of leaders, a proactive leadership pro- cess, and transformational leadership. To become effective shared instructional leaders, principals must acquire the appro- priate knowledge and skills, establish a good trust relationship with teachers, and become powerful organization managers.
