American ＂Accelerated School＂ Plan is an integrated plan of improving weak schools. Based on the overall reform of schools and the common development prospects, it abides by such three principles as unity of objective, sharing of responsibilities and rights, and brainstorming. And it also involves the participatory system of management and the support of professional teams, and focuses on the reform of curriculum and classroom teaching, providing high-efficiency learning experience for all the students and achieving striking results. Learning from the successful experiences of American ＂Accelerated School＂ Plan, we should, in improving the weak schools of our country, deepen the comprehensive reform and the toplevel design, establish the long-term mechanism and strengthen ihe professional promotion, focus on the reform of curriculum and classroom teaching, build the soft management power and emphasize the professional education-learning community.
