摘要 美国"跃进学校"计划是美国薄弱学校改进的系统整体计划。"跃进学校"计划立足学校整体变革,强调统一的共同发展愿景,在推行中奉行目标一致、责权共担和群策群力三个原则,实行参与式的管理制度与专业团队支持,聚焦课程与课堂教学改革,为所有的学生提供高效的学习体验,效果显著。借鉴美国"跃进学校"计划的成功经验,我国薄弱学校改进应深化综合改革与顶层设计;建立长效机制,强化专业推动;聚焦课程与课堂教学改革;着力打造学校软管理实力;聚焦专业教育-学习共同体。 American "Accelerated School" Plan is an integrated plan of improving weak schools. Based on the overall reform of schools and the common development prospects, it abides by such three principles as unity of objective, sharing of responsibilities and rights, and brainstorming. And it also involves the participatory system of management and the support of professional teams, and focuses on the reform of curriculum and classroom teaching, providing high-efficiency learning experience for all the students and achieving striking results. Learning from the successful experiences of American "Accelerated School" Plan, we should, in improving the weak schools of our country, deepen the comprehensive reform and the toplevel design, establish the long-term mechanism and strengthen ihe professional promotion, focus on the reform of curriculum and classroom teaching, build the soft management power and emphasize the professional education-learning community.
