摘要
目的:调查临床护士自我和谐与工作投入的状况,探讨两者之间的相关性,为护理管理提供干预依据。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和护士工作投入量表(UWES)对200名临床一线护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士SCCS总均分为(116.39±1.25)分;UWES总均分为(46.58±10.53)分。相关分析显示,SCCS 总分与 UWES 中活力、奉献、专注3个维度均呈负相关( r 值分别为-0.528,-0.512,-0.523;P<0.01)。结论临床护士自我和谐和工作投入状况不佳,提高自我和谐能够使临床护士更好地投入工作。
Objective To research the correlation of self harmony and job involvement of the clinical nurses, in order to provide the intervention basis for nursing management .Methods Two hundred nurses who were in the clinical front line were researched by the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale ( SCCS ) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES).Results The total score of SCCS in the clinical nurses was (116.39 ± 1.25).The total score of UWES in the clinical nurses was (46.58 ±10.53).Correlation analysis showed, there was significant positive correlation between SCCS and UWES , especially in the vitality , dedication and concentration (r=-0.528, -0.512, -0.523, respectively;P〈0.01).Conclusions The correlation of self harmony and job involvement of the clinical nurses was unsatisfactory .The improvement of self harmony can help the nurses threw themselves into work .
