微小RNA与颅内动脉瘤的关系研究进展

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysm,IA)破裂引起的蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)是神经外科常见的高致死性、致残性疾病。微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类非编码的小分子RNA,通过在体内进行转录后调控目标基因参与多种生理活动。本文对颅IA发生发展过程中miRNAs的表达及其与IA之间的关系做一简要综述。
