原发性失眠患者前额叶腹外侧区静息态功能连接 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对原发性失眠患者前额叶腹外侧区功能连接的研究,探讨其认知损害机制。方法利用WHO-UCLA词语学习、划消实验评价40例原发性失眠患者(观察组)和50例正常睡眠者(对照组)词语学习能力和警觉性;利用静息态磁共振扫描观察左、右前额叶腹外侧区功能连接。结果以右前额叶腹外侧区为种子点进全脑功能连接,与对照组比较,观察组右前额叶腹外侧区匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表分值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);数字划消实验工作效率(t=2.142)和WHO-UCLA词语学习能力明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组与对照组比较右前额腹外侧区与左额叶、右额叶、左顶叶、右顶、左岛叶功能连接减弱(P<0.05);以左前额腹外侧区与左豆状核、右前额连接增强(P<0.05)。结论原发性失眠患者词语学习能力及数字划销工作效率下降,其前额叶腹外侧区功能连接异常,可能是原发性失眠认知、情绪损害机制之一。
