摘要
瑞金市疾控中心同全国大多数县(市)级疾控机构一样,存在专业人员少、年龄老化、素质不高、能力不足的问题。近10年来,该中心在内部管理、人员培训、激发潜力等方面进行了有益的创新和实践,取得了较好的成效。
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Ruijin city,similar to the majority of national institutions for disease control and prevention at the county level,has some problems such as fewer professional personnel,ageing staffs,low quality and insufficient capacity.In recent ten years,this center has achieved good results and effects in the internal management,personnel training and the potential initiative through helpful innovation and practice.
