摘要
目的：了解喂养方式与婴幼儿营养性疾病发生和分类的相关性,并提出喂养方式干预措施。方法：对2009年1月至2013年12月在德清县武康镇中心卫生院儿保门诊系统管理过程中筛查出来的0～3岁婴幼儿营养性疾病进行数据分析和整理。结果：婴幼儿的喂养方式是婴幼儿营养性疾病发生的一个重要因素,不同的喂养方式将导致不同营养性疾病的发生。结论：加强婴幼儿营养监测,提高对婴幼儿喂养技术的干预,是预防和降低婴幼儿营养性疾病发生的重要措施。
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between feeding methods and infant nutritional diseases and classification,and to propose the intervention measures of feeding methods.Methods We analyzed and sorted out the data of screened 0～3years old infants＇ nutritional diseases during the management process of child health clinic from January2009 to December 2013.Results The infant feeding method is one of the important influence factors of infant nutritional diseases.Different feeding methods will lead to different nutritional diseases.Conclusions The important measures of reducing and preventing infant nutritional diseases are strengthening the infant nutrition monitoring and improving technology intervention of infant feeding methods.
